OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMERS

PAK has joined the Ombuds Office for Investment Funds of the BVI Bundesverband Investment und Asset Management e.V. ("BVI").

To settle disputes with the Company in connection with the German Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch, KAGB), consumers have the option of calling the Ombuds Office for Investment Funds free of charge.

Requests for arbitration must be submitted in writing to the office of the BVI Ombudsman's Office. The contact details are as follows:
